These three conditions determine if your goal is real. Without them, Day 30 has no anchor — you will tell yourself "good enough" on Day 15 and ship nothing.

Your output must exist in the real world — a link, a file, a public account. If only you know about it, it is not delivered.

Clear finish line
「做一个项目」不是终点，「发布一个包含 10 篇文章的作品集」才是。没有终点线，你永远可以告诉自己「还没做完」然后永远不交付。
"Work on a project" is not a finish line. "Publish a portfolio with 10 articles" is. Without a finish line, you can always tell yourself "not done yet" and never deliver.

Day30 does not give you a year. The 30-day constraint is intentional — it forces you to cut perfectionism and keep only the core that can actually be shipped.
